Three college students on a road trip across the Southwest encounter an unexpected detour: the pursuit of a computer prodigy who has already hacked into MIT and exposed security flaws. When the three is pulled to a strangely isolated region, everything goes dark. When one of the students regains consciousness, he discovers himself in the middle of a waking nightmare.
