In prohibition era Chicago, the corrupt sheriff and Guy Gisborne, a south side racketeer, knock off the boss Big Jim. Everyone else falls in line. Although he's out gunned, Robbo wants to maintain their or her own land. A dude from Indiana and the manager of a boys' orphanage combine forces. And, if he gives a little cash he becomes the toast of the town for a hood like robinhood. Meanwhile, the Guy schemes Big Jim unknown daughter, along with to do away with Robbo appears and goes from man. Can Robbo hold things together?
