Concrete Plans
Five builders join together to repair a large old farmhouse in the Welsh mountains. Tensions quickly rise between the men and the self-righteous aristocratic owner, as well as within the motley crew of men. Sad old guy Dave and good Foreman Bob preserve the peace. But his nephew Steve is swayed by bigot Jim, who despises Viktor, a Ukrainian worker. Paying late and bad weather cause a rift. It's bloody. Jim makes an unexpected suggestion as the blue-collar men face an increasingly dark moral spiral.
